How to Access Your Attorney List Enter the 6-digit code given to you by the Legal Contact Center Phone System then click NEXT. Clicking NEXT will open the Modest Means Project request form.
Provide the information requested on the page. Next, read the terms and check the box if you agree and click SUBMIT.
Once your request is submitted, a list of participating attorneys will appear on the screen along with other important information.
This list of attorneys will also be emailed to the email address provided on the request page.
If you do not receive the email containing the list of attorneys, please be sure to check your spam and junk filters or folders.
If you have still not received the referral list by email, contact info@azflse.org using the subject line: CODE ISSUE, write your six digit code in the email and explain the problem you are having.
